Mechanical Information

•  Must be sized at 100% of desired display size.
•  Mac or PC-based formats on Zip, or CD.
•  Images saved as GIF or JPEG.
•  Resolution must be at Maximum 72 dpi.

1  All advertisers must pre-pay. We accept checks
     only, make payable to Hmoodle Entertainment.

2  Hmoodle reserves the right to reject any
     advertising material that does not reflect our
     standards or policies.

3  Hmoodle's not liable for product claims or
     representations in an advertisement. Advertisers
     assume sole responsibility for the content of
     their advertisement.

4  The word "advertisement" will be placed at
     the top or bottom of any advertisement that
     resembles editorial copy.

5  No cancellations will be accepted after the
     closing date.

6  Hmoodle is not liable for any errors in key
     numbers or other typeset by the publisher.

7  Hmoodle is not required to furnish advertisers
     with ad proofs for camera-ready copy.

8  If an advertiser’s agency defaults in payment,
     the advertiser will be held responsible for      space charges and related production fees.

9  Terms are due upon receipt. Finance charges
     of 1.5% per month will be charged for
     any invoices over 30 days.

10  The advertiser is responsible for any
        collection fees incurred for any invoice.

11  Hmoodle reserves the right to remove ads or
        listings for non-payment.
